At Mission Afrika Genbrug's webshop, we strive to provide the best service to our customers and ensure a great experience with the products we offer. By shopping online at missionafrikagenbrug.dk, you automatically accept the following terms:

PAYMENT
When you purchase an item on missionafrikagenbrug.dk, it is done through a secure connection provided by NETS. Mission Afrika Genbrug's webshop is approved and verified by NETS.

The amount is only deducted from your account when the items are dispatched/ready for pickup from our warehouse.

At Mission Afrika Genbrug's webshop, you can pay with the following recognized payment cards:
Dankort, eDankort, and VisaDankort.

All prices on missionafrikagenbrug.dk are listed in DKK and are sold VAT-exempt.


SHIPPING PRICES
The shipping prices listed on the website apply to all destinations within Denmark.

You get free shipping to a parcel shop for purchases over 600 DKK (including VAT) (does not apply to freight transport).

GLS to Parcel Shop:
0-20 kg costs 65 DKK.

Danske Fragtmænd:
Items that cannot be delivered via GLS, such as large furniture, are handled by Danske Fragtmænd. A recliner corresponds to a full pallet.
Half-pallet 1000 DKK.
Full-pallet 1500 DKK.


DELIVERY
All items are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days.

Orders placed on missionafrikagenbrug.dk are delivered by GLS or PostNord. If there are delays with either of these shipping companies, Mission Afrika Genbrug is not responsible.

In the case of significantly delayed items (10-14 days) or undelivered shipments, we will of course send you a replacement item free of charge, as long as it is still in stock. This does not apply to second-hand items, as they are unique.

Upon receipt, it is important that you check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, you must immediately report this to GLS or PostNord and return the item to us within three days of receiving it.

Mission Afrika Genbrug is not responsible for items damaged during transport. However, we guarantee that we always pack the items with great care to minimize the risk of shipping damage, and we are always in contact with you to find a solution that suits you.


ORDERS FROM ABROAD
When ordering from another EU country or a country outside the EU, no customs duties or VAT will be added, as all sales are VAT-exempt.*


PICKUP FROM WAREHOUSE
At missionafrikagenbrug.dk, it is possible to pick up an item physically at our warehouse in Viby near Aarhus.
If the item is not picked up within 14 days, the purchase will be canceled, and the item will be put up for sale again.

Currently, it is only possible to pick up items at our warehouse in Viby on Tuesdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM or by appointment with Mission Afrika Genbrug’s webshop team. Call 29 79 17 65 to arrange further details.


PRICE, TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
The purchase is accepted when payment is received, and the item is shipped to you. Prices and typographical errors are always subject to change. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or phone, and the transaction will be canceled.


MARKETING
What do we use your information for?
When you sign up for our newsletter, you agree that we will use your email address to send newsletters, offers, competitions, tips, advice, and other marketing materials.

We often use the collected email addresses in anonymized form for marketing.

For sending emails, we use the MailChimp email client.
