RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
At missionafrikagenbrug.dk, we sell both recycled and upcycled items and second-hand finds. You can return your items within 14 days.

The 14-day period for returning an item starts from the day you receive it.

Please inform us if you wish to return or exchange the item for another product (see section on exchanging second-hand goods). You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the item, without simultaneously providing clear notification to missionafrikagenbrug.dk.

Returns due to withdrawal are at the buyer's expense.

ITEM CONDITION UPON RETURN
You are of course allowed to try the item upon receiving it, just as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that in case of withdrawal, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually using it.

The condition of the item and any depreciation will be assessed solely by Mission Afrika Genbrug Webshop.

RETURNS
Missionafrikagenbrug.dk recommends returning items via PostNord or GLS and sending the item as parcel post to our address. This way, the package can be tracked, and there is no doubt about whether the item has been delivered to missionafrikagenbrug.dk. Additionally, you have the option to trace the package if delivery has not occurred.

Items returned with COD, to parcel lockers, or sent without postage will not be accepted by missionafrikagenbrug.dk.

All items returned to missionafrikagenbrug.dk must be securely packed. We recommend that furniture is only shipped with a freight company experienced in handling furniture. Furniture must be stored, handled, and packed securely so it is returned in the same condition as when received.

Damage due to inadequate handling or packaging of items may result in the loss of your rights.

Mission Afrika Genbrug Webshop does not reimburse return shipping (from 65 DKK for small packages).

If you do not pick up the package at the parcel shop, it will be returned to us. If you wish to have the package resent, shipping costs will apply again. You will be charged for the additional shipping.

Direct returns to Mission Afrika Genbrug Webshop's warehouse in Viby J are also possible by prior arrangement via webshop@missionafrikagenbrug.dk or phone 29791765.

SECOND-HAND ITEMS
Second-hand items from missionafrikagenbrug.dk can be returned within 14 days from the day you received the item. The item can be exchanged for something else in the webshop but cannot be exchanged for another item in the same product category, as they are unique items.

You should always be prepared for a second-hand item to have patina and signs of use, as these are old items that could be up to 100 years old.

Items specially made for you with specific specifications cannot be returned according to the Sales of Goods Act.

REFUND
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid to us, including the standard delivery fee. If you have not picked up your package from the parcel shop, the package will be returned to us, and we will deduct the return shipping cost from any refunded amount (return shipping from 65 DKK).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressed otherwise.

The payment will be made as soon as missionafrikagenbrug.dk receives the returned item.

In case of depreciation of the item, for which you are responsible, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

COMPLAINTS
missionafrikagenbrug.dk offers a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered during the normal use of the item.

The warranty does not cover faults, damages, or wear and tear directly or indirectly caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interference.

Complaints about faults and defects that should have been detected during a usual inspection of the item must be reported to missionafrikagenbrug.dk within a reasonable time.

In case of urgent damage during transport, this must be reported within three working days after receiving the item. Otherwise, the claim for compensation from the shipping company will be forfeited. The item can then be returned for repair, exchange, or credit, if agreed.

Damage to furniture during shipping must be reported and documented before the delivery driver leaves the address where the item was delivered, or else your rights will be forfeited.

In connection with complaints, missionafrikagenbrug.dk will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Missionafrikagenbrug.dk strives to restore and refurbish second-hand items so they are functional, taking the age of the item into account. If otherwise, this will be stated in the product description.

Used condition and normal patina, as well as "wear and tear," should be expected, as the items can be up to 100 years old, and this is not grounds for a complaint.
